Golden Poles Chalet

First built in 1968 and only a short walk from Ski Bowl, stands Golden Poles Chalets. JHC was tasked with re-constructing the building after a large fire torn through the complex and completed the project in 2019. The facility hosts 29 privately owned condos across 3 floors with phenomenal views facing West on Mt Hood. Each unit has multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living area, deck and fireplace. The property also has a full fire-suppressant sprinkler system, garage parking and a large pool.

SW Luradel Townhomes

Owner: Vada Luradel LLC

This new 6,230 sf building, nestled between two nearby colleges, an elementary school, public parks, and convenient freeway access, houses four living units, each offering panoramic views of Portland’s southwest hills. Located where a former single-family home once stood, each 1,200 – 1,500sf unit includes its own fully-insulated garage, covered deck, kitchen / living / dining area, and three bedrooms. The fourplex’s smart, efficient design was also built with sustainability in mind and includes energy-efficient appliances, HVAC systems, LED lighting, and ample daylight. Three-bedroom rentals are a rarity in this neighborhood and it is the owner’s hope that this infill project will help alleviate some of the area’s needs for additional family housing.

The Asher 22 Apartments

Asher 22 offers 22 studio and one-bedroom apartments and ground floor mixed-use components in the vibrant Woodlawn neighborhood of Portland. Apartments feature quality finishes, high-end appliances, and open layouts. Tight inner-city sites made problem-solving and creativity crucial in the completion of this four-story, ground-up wood-framed building.

The Carter Apartments

The Carter offers 22 studio and one-bedroom apartments and ground floor mixed-use components in the vibrant Woodlawn neighborhood of Portland. Apartments feature quality finishes, high-end appliances, and open layouts. Tight inner-city sites made problem-solving and creativity crucial in the completion of this four-story, ground-up wood-framed building.

Arcadia Senior Living

Owner: Happy Valley Senior Village Properties, LLC.

Arcadia Senior Living is a locally owned and operated senior living community focused on care, purpose, and happiness. Offering studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans and a wide range of activities, excursions, and events, Arcadia Senior Living meets each resident’s unique needs and preferences. Completed in 2016, this 56,000 Sq.-Ft., 68 unit ground-up assisted living center features a full commercial kitchen, recreation room, dining hall, parking lot.

Miramont Pointe Senior Living

Owner: MP, LLC.

Miramont Pointe is a senior living community in Clackamas, Oregon offering complete and compassionate care and impeccable services with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. JHC has completed many projects for Miramont Pointe over the past ten years including a fully remodeled common area, lobby and reception area, and interior corridors.

NARA Youth Residential Treatment

NARA YRTC is a 24-bed co-ed facility providing youth between the ages of 12-17 with a primary diagnosis of substance abuse disorders. This project consisted of a complete seismic upgrade to an existing 30,294 square foot building along with complete utility and exterior and interior upgrades, along with the installation of a complete commercial kitchen and recreation center.

West Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center

Owner: The Goodman Group, LLC.

Architect: Coehs Architecture 

Surrounded by trees and a beautiful, wooded setting, West Hills Health & Rehabilitation Center offers exceptional services and amenities to those in need of senior living, assisted care, or respite care. JHC has completed extensive remodels, including major additions and renovations to the reception areas, residence rooms, nurses’ station, cafeteria, and full commercial kitchen. As of 2018, JHC has completed over 50 projects for West Hills Village Senior Residence.
