This 40,000sf multiple-building facility for NW Line JATC was completed in February 2023. Located in Battle Ground, Washington, the campus serves as a training destination for lineman in the Pacific Northwest.
The pre-engineered steel buildings include classrooms, offices, locker rooms and training space for hands-on lineman training including poles.
Other areas of work scope included: all aspects of ground-up construction, architecture and engineering, project management, parking lot paving electric, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, furnishing and landscaping.
The project was completed nearly six weeks ahead of schedule.
