Prequalification Requirements

All subcontractors must have a current contractor's license in Oregon (or the state in which the project is located).

Minimum insurance requirements (may vary by project):

General Liability: $1 Million per Occ/$2 Million Agg & Comp Op​

Auto Liability: $1 Million

Workers Comp: $500,000

Experience and financial strength will also be considered in the prequalification process.
