PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
All subcontractors must have a current contractor's license in Oregon (or the state in which the project is located).
Experience and financial strength will also be considered in the prequalification process.
Minimum insurance requirements :
General Liability: $1 Million per Occ/$2 million Agg & Comp Op
Auto Liability: $1 Million
Workers Comp: $500,000
